1. Consumer Mediation

2. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28(12) of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in distance contracts for accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
3. Bloctel System
In accordance with Article L223-2 of the French Consumer Code, customers are informed that they may register on the Bloctel do-not-call list to prevent receiving unsolicited sales calls from businesses with which they do not currently have a contractual relationship. Registration is free and available at www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
4. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. Outside of these hours, the hotel’s luggage storage is available for storing your luggage upon request at the front desk.
Security deposit: €0 (Your debit or credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation.)
Balance: The hotel will place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card for the amount of the first night’s stay to verify its validity. This pre-authorization is not a payment. Please present the same credit card used to make your reservation upon arrival. All reservations are non-transferable and may not under any circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether for free or for a fee. The total amount of the reservation is payable on-site upon arrival.
Please note: In accordance with our terms and conditions, even if the rate is flexible, group rates apply when booking three or more rooms. A deposit equal to the total cost of the stay is required, and the entire group reservation will become non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any deposit received is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. If canceled later than that or in case of a no-show, the first night’s stay (excluding extras) will be charged and is non-refundable.
