Deposit: 0 € (Your debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. )

Balance: The hotel will make a pre-authorization on the credit card corresponding to the amount of the first night to guarantee its validity. This pre-authorization is not a payment. Please present yourself on arrival with the same credit card with which you made your reservation. All reservations are nominative and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or in return for payment. The full amount of the reservation must be paid on arrival.

Reminder: in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, even if the rate is flexible, when the reservation is for 3 rooms or more, group conditions apply. A deposit for the total amount of accommodation is required and the entire group will become non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any deposit received is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of any sums already paid.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation within 48 hours. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable.
